General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck455 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the ck455 website and any associated mobile-optimised interface. Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the ck455 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck455 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or verbal.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no platform-side fee charged by ck455 on deposits made via supported Bangladesh mobile wallet services.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck455 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- ck455 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name and identity associated with your payment method must match the name registered on your ck455 account. Where a mismatch is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be subject to review.
- ck455 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention procedures.

Withdrawals

Refused Transactions
ck455 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or breach of these Terms. Malfunction Policy

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your ck455 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email. Upon receiving a closure request, ck455 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck455 will notify a player by email before applying an inactive account status.
